Resumo: In the National Agenda of Priorities for Research in Health, the Ministry of Health highlights Axis 10 - Women's Health, which provides for the mapping and analysis of good practices and innovative strategies for the identification and comprehensive care in cases of domestic violence against women. In this same axis, it suggests the identification, reception and care of women in situations of episodic or repeated domestic violence. Therefore, this is a recognizedly important topic in the Brazilian reality and remains a priority for health research. Aligned with this national demand and with the proposal of the Professional Master's in Maternal and Child Health to contribute to the implementation of proposals for comprehensive care for maternal and child health with resoluteness, this research aims to develop and implement a female self-care strategy program to face the psychological consequences of women victims of domestic violence. The study included the evaluation of the perception of women victims of violence regarding the impact of the experience suffered in motherhood and in their children. Methodological approach: This is an applied research, with an analytical and transversal approach. The first stage of the research consisted of a theoretical survey on the psychological consequences of domestic violence suffered by women-mothers. In addition, an in-depth theoretical study was carried out on female self-care strategies and their benefits. Based on this initial survey, the Florescer Program was scripted. The development of the program took place in three stages: (1) elaboration and (2) implementation (3) evaluation. The elaboration stage includes the development of a script for videos and graphic materials. The colors, the soundtrack and the logo were chosen. The implementation stage included the dissemination of the Florescer Program on virtual social networks. Participants had to meet the inclusion criteria: being over 18 years of age, having been a victim of domestic violence and being away from the aggressor, and being the mother of a child up to six years old. Four women-mothers participated in the research, who answered questionnaires, watched the videos, received the graphic material and, finally, evaluated the program. Three questionnaires were answered, two before the start of participation in the program and one at the end. The Florescer Program was carried out through the Eduzz courses and products platform. Results: The pilot program “Florescer” received four women who agreed to go through all the stages of the program, mainly to generate all the results for this research. The objectives listed at the beginning of this research were met, from the development and implementation of the female self-care program to face the psychological consequences in women victims of domestic violence, passing through the production of scientific material with accessible language for women victims of domestic violence. This is an important step towards finding self-care alternatives and favoring a care network among women who have already moved away from the context of violence, but perceive its psychological consequences. Final Considerations: The Florescer Program will be improved based on the evaluation made by the participants of the pilot proposal. In addition, a wide dissemination of the theme, the program and its benefits is intended. The implementation of the pilot study was carried out through interaction with the women. Social technology provides for the continuous improvement of the program, based on open dialogue channels with the participants and constant evaluation of the activities built. Product and its applicability: The Florescer Program was developed with the aim of valuing the condition of women and their children after the violence suffered. In addition to the change in life proposed by the program, the format of small videos, where women can watch anywhere, whenever they can and several times. The applicability of the Program can be done on a large scale, having a wide reach determined exclusively by the need to understand the Portuguese language. It is a program carried out by digital means, with low cost, easy applicability and high replicability.
