Resumo: The teaching of astronomy in the early grades is known to be important because it instigates the quest for knowledge, develops analytical skills, and promotes discussion of many themes in the history of human development and in the Science of Nature itself. Within this motivation, Astronomy was approached in basic education using some photography techniques. The astrophotography practices were carried out at Cora Coralina State College, in the city of Goiás / GO, with students from the 9th and 3rd year classes of the Youth and Adult Education (EJA) program. Initially the students used their cell phones as photographic resource to obtain the pictures. In order to obtain better photographs, a low-cost electromechanical system was developed to compensate for the rotation of Earth. Through this system the students were able to apply the technique of stacking frames and obtaining good images of the subjects. The use of astrophotography helped to arouse the student’s interest by science, making the study of science more productive and attractive. This method can awake the student's desire for subjects such as photography, astronomy, geography, history, physics, mathematics, arts, mechanics, electronics, computing, optics, among others. Within this motivation one can work well the Descriptive Astronomy with the students of the elementary school and Astrophysics with the students of the high school. In this paper we present a case study of the didactic transposition of the following themes: Constellations, Movements of the set Earth / Moon, Introduction to Astrophysics and Spectrum of Stars.
