Resumo: | ABSTRACT: We have designed family's primary care unit, being responsible for producing it and manages it in everyday life, thus, fundamental unit in the care "of, in and for life. The care offered is modeled according to the needs demanded, this production, with the participation of each entity in your own mode care, sometimes requiring rearrangements in daily life familiar to enable the provision of better care. We aim to understand the family experience of a young man who experiences visual deficiency. Comprehensive research with methodological approach of the study of Situation. We employ the life story (HV), driven by in-depth interview (EP) and the observation. The participant family consists of Jessica, you experience total visual impairment since 6 months of age, your mother Gabriela, your stepfather Rodrigo, his brothers Alexander and Renato and your aunt Estefani. Data collection carried out from April to October 2016, totaling four dates. The empirical material, consisting of the transcription of the narratives and observation records, organized in the research journal composing the body of analysis of this study. We conducted interviews and color alert reads the narrative of separately for each axis. From the fixtures, showed what we apprehend the family: the family of a normal Experience); (b)) and potential Vulnerabilities: Gabriela care career; c) Situation of life and care of the family of Jessica. Such axes subsidized understanding results study: a) "presentation of Jessica’s family " through Genogram, important in understanding structure conformation with family relations care experience; b) "Genogram embossed: methodological Strategy understanding experiences of young with visual impairment", presents methodological strategies used for collection data with Jessica, enable us to capture family conformation, we understand how the young see the world when your around; C) "Family experience care in the experience of normality proper to young people with Visual Disability" brings how the family care offered to Jessica and the encouragement of her potentialities enabled her to experience her own normality; D) "Meanings care during the family life: Resignations of difficulties in potentialities" provided reflections on the way in which Gabriela has reignited her past, which is surrounded by vulnerabilities in care potentialities. The study allowed a theoretical deepening on the care fabric in the family, as well as new reflections on its own normality, resignifications and potentialities in the midst of vulnerabilities. We emphasize the importance of approaching health professionals with the care offered in the family home, in order to subsidize more effective and caring practices, stimulating potential families and supporting families in situations of vulnerability. |
