The research objective of this work is to discuss, based on the analysis of philosopher Byung chul Han, the new aspects of how neoliberalism works and what are your consequences considering his notion of psychopolitics, and that we live in a post-disciplinary society, where a configuration of power has emerged that requires no more repressive characteristics. A new dynamic that manages to encompass all aspects of human life, from the psychic sphere to the virtual sphere. The huge increase in the use of social networks and intense technological advances, combined with neoliberal interests, have affected people's lives on a scale that had not been seen before. Here we will discuss the main aspects of psychopolitics, how it works and what its consequences are for social aspects, interpersonal relationships and the psychic sphere.
