O jornalista sentado na era da desinformação e a construção da narrativa na imprensa mato-grossense

The objective of this work is to demonstrate the disinformational content generated by the logic of the “seated journalist” (ZAMITH, 2019) in the relationship between the production of releases made by the Government of the State of Mato Grosso and the publication of articles on the FolhaMax website, referring to institutional content. For this purpose, we used the content analysis method (BARDIN, 2002), in a qualitative and quantitative approach, with a sample selection of 60 registration units, 30 releases and 30 FolhaMax articles. The temporal cut of the study contemplates the month of January 2023, composing the corpus of the research a release and an article published per day, which will be categorized in the strata defined by Zamith (2019). Based on the exploratory research as a result not only the high incidence of reproduction of releases is obtained, but also all the other characteristics listed by Zamith (2019), which contributes to triggering the phenomena studied in this research: “Journalist Assis - Seated Journalist” and disinformation.
