Resumo: The relation between science and technolgy happens in two different moments: the first one is associated about the process of become popular the scientific knowlodge, turning this popular with divulgation and dissemination; another moment is associated with midiatic supports used in this divulgation like multimedia, museums, scientific centers, expositions and others types of mediation. Going through this way, that have a dependence between science and midiatic agents, we can understand that science needs comunication ways to made their knowlodge popular in the science comunity and population. The comunication process is not a fusion proces. Science doesn’ t have to be comunicated, science has to be experienced. Is the only way to make possible the potencial of scientific culture. The relation between science and midia that we try to expose in this research is beyond articles about science published in media. The objective of this study is try to figure out the possibility of find discussions about science in the Science-fiction movies - Matrix- on YouTube platform. We also try to verify the youtubers’s reviews about scientific issues and their interaction with followers. In this way, two videos of Nerdologia channel and audience comments was analysed by theoretical discussion and qualitative methodology. The studies identified a variety of perceptions about YouTube platform users and Matrix movie’s audience about differents issues, including scientific questions presents in currents discussions. We can conclude that internet, even as a wide field, is a important area for discussion and scientific culture reverbation.
