The Security and Health in the Work (OSH) are a complex subject, that it demands accented knowledge technician on the applicable norms to the labor environment, with this, the conditions of work in a company can be better or worse depending on the degree of implementation and management of OSH. The small businesses have financial, operational difficulties and techniques to provide a salubrious occupational environment to the employees, therefore, finish contributing with the amount of accidents and illnesses. The present study it searchs an alternative, that is a applicatory one, to support this public of companies, to improve the conditions of Security and Health in the Work, with stages that the proper employer can execute and others that it will need to contact professionals specialists registered in cadastre in the system. In this context, the general objective of the work is to propose and develop a applicatory one that it contributes with the small companies in the promotion of an environment of safe work the workers. The methodology was characterized as a research of applied nature, with exploratory objective, adopting a boarding of qualitative, using procedures of documentary research, bibliographical analysis and of opinion to analyze next to the companies and professionals of the area, which the main functionalities that are impactantes applicatory it and later to proceed the prototyping. The result of this work delivers a set of requirements for an archetype of applicatory directed for the area of OSH that contributes with the small companies, providing bigger easiness in the identification of the item to be corrected in the work environment and that also it has acceptance with the professionals of the area in if registering in cadastre and supporting these companies in the specialized rendering of services.
