Resumo: This paper discusses the Brazilian Sign Language in an interactional perspective, taking into account that communication through this language, mother tongue for the deaf, happens, through the field of vision and perception and by identifying the ideological signals of each sign, constructed in different contexts. We address in this study, therefore, that all and any signal acts as a connective of interaction among language users, who respond to each other through them, making their concrete utterances based on the meaning given to the term by Bakhtin. Such signs are possible in the dialogue, interweaving the socio-historical-cultural values, and so the ideological ones as well. Each signal behaves in a unique and unrepeatable way in its dialogical sense; carrying, making and creating meanings due to the collective, political, religious and social needs. All the research joins the enunciative-discursive concepts of Mikhail Bakhtin Circle and the socio-historical circle of Vygotsky Levy. From these theoretical foundations, we take the LBS as a language, so as a social phenomenon, registered in certain times and places, and highlighting this current issue of inclusion which is present and compulsory nowadays in our educational institutions. Thus, aiming at contributing to the teaching-learning process, a didactic for the teaching of LIBRAS, basic level, for the hearing students in the teacher’s formation course in the University Campus of Cuiabá of the Federal University of Mato Grosso, which takes as a basis the premise of dialogic relations that the Brazilian Sign Language establishes with the written part of the Portuguese Language , such as the French Language of Signs, with the American Language of Signs, with the Latin Language and with other socio- historical, imagetic and religious contexts of our western culture.
