METHOD: Or study materialized in three designs: analytical; Experimental and methodological almost. Regarding the first, a study population constituted by children, adolescents and young people (0-24 years) with functional alterations, enrolled in schools of specialized educational assistance of Cuiaba-MT, during or year of 2017. Or ponytail instrument of data was constructed and validated fishing nets, called Survey on Accidents in the Child-Adolescent Population with Functionality Changes (IACID-IJ). For statistical analysis was used or Statistical Program Software Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSP). Use descriptive statistics, inferences and multiple return model of Poisson with robust variance, stepwise forward method. At the second stage, it was an experimental study of the type before that you had a single comparison group carried out with professionals who also carried out specialized educational assistance in Cuiabá-MT and region. Or test McNemar's parametric was used to endorse or effect educational intervention not knowledge on first aid. Already the methodological study on the part of the proposal of activities carried out during or during Sandwich in Porto (Portugal) and constituted transcultural adaptation of the IACID-IJ questionnaire for a Portuguese reality. The final multiple model (p <0.001) was adjusted second or sex and the alteration of functionality of life. As you can see, it was associated with a defrauded were: Do not prove that the incident is an event that can be avoided; age under 12 years of age, with uneven floors / slopes; use electric appliance without plug; main responsibility with depression / psychic suffering; Use or supervise semi-supervision of an adult and not domestic animals at home. During educational intervention, 238 professionals will participate and there will be a significant increase in statistical significance in all the issues addressed (≤ 0.05). Or IACID-IJ was adapted for a Portuguese reality and is available for use in non-popular studies. CONCLUSIONS: Evidence is necessary to observe the specificities of the juvenile population with altered functionality in order to develop measures that are considered to be promoted and to prevent aggravation. |
