Resumo: | The present work discusses the movement of deconstructed and constructed ideas about Crack. The research arises from concerns involving personal and professional experiences. Therefore, the void created by phrases as such "it was better that way" served as contestation aiming to do not naturalize a complex issue that involves knowledges, wills, public policy and dominant discourses. The need to expand the knowledge and critical reflection on the subject brought me to social anthropology. The ethnographic research used to achieve the objectives enabled to realize that between streets, stones and subjects there are powerful and plural rela- tionships that connects knowledge. The research subjects are not limited to use crack and the stone is not evil in itself. Subjective, discursive, symbolic, political, economic and social rep- resentations are all in the web of Crack. To oppose the hegemonic idea of “Crack, don’t even think” I propose the production of new knowledges, diverse and complex, based on the state- ment “Crack, you need to think”. |
