The research "My clothes have culture - The Folk in Contemporary Fashion," a descriptive analysis that aims to investigate the possible relationships between folk communication, theory advocated by Luis Beltrão, and contemporary fashion. To verify these facts from this perspective we can give due importance to local cultural roots. For this research, will be set some concepts related to the theory Folkcomunicacion and subsequently approximate the contemporary fashion. In search of its identity, your regionalism, it is marking a stage in time and space as well as a stylish determining system accompanying clothing and integrates the use of simple everyday clothing to a larger context, social, political, cultural. Fashion is not just to be trendy, is much more than clothes, to monitor / depict / symbolize these transformations, fashion serves as identification for companies around the present time.
