This dissertation brings a proposal in the process of teaching and learning of mathematics involving the study of multiples and integer divisors, combinatorial analysis and probabilities, through the Four Point Domino game, for the high school students. To this end, research was conducted on the use of the practice of classroom games, the origin, rules and applications of the game involving the proposed themes. This work prioritized playfulness as an auxiliary strategy for understanding the mathematical concepts involved. Among the main observations made are the improvement of logical reasoning for decision making through the study of the best move, the strengthening of the concepts of multiples and dividers, and the interactivity and interest of the students.
