Currently, there is a lack of frameworks for mapping technological platform processes, such as the Built Environment Innovation and Sustainability Park. The innovation park is in a moment of evolution, so mapping the processes and managing them is necessary for the park's management to meet excellence. This dissertation presents a proposal for a descriptive manual for mapping processes aimed at technological platforms, as well as a framework for mapping finalistic and management processes, which contains tools developed specially to model these processes. The work consists of a systematic review, in the elaboration of a framework and lastly application and validation of the finished framework. At the end of the project, there is a map of the Project Approval process and the Management and Control Process of Contracts and Partnerships, that is, it offers a view of the process for those interested, and mainly, for the mandatory nature of the Park Innovation and Sustainability of the Built Environment that needs to create ways to develop and monitor the development of all activities that are underway on the technological platform. This project is important to clarify the stages of the finalistic and management processes of a park that is within a higher education institution, and can be used by other technological platforms, innovation parks, research institutions or other collaborative configurations for the Research and Development. The organizational innovation presented is something unprecedented for the technological platform and was achieved through the framework and its tools, and through the descriptive report.
