Resumo: | This dissertation deals with management pertaining to school as na intercultural pedagogical pratie. It has scenery the indian com munity Bóe – Bororo from Córrego Grande, located at Santo Antônio do Leverger town, in Mato Grosso. The research looked to understand and to explicit the sense attributed to the school by the Bóe – Bororo people, as well identifying the objetives and the strategies adapted to implement a process of collective management, charaeterized as an innovative esperience in extent of the indian school education. When dealing with the thematic one of the intercultural management in the village Córrego Grande, we perclive that Bóe – Bororo nowadays consider the school as a priority institution and essential for their development and for the reaffirmation of their protagonism. The intercultural management of the school borns in the community ´s extent and expresses it self by means of the student body decision concerning the choice of professors, for the cellctive preparation of the politician pedagogical project for the election their manager and for the performance dialogue beturcen the communitariam organizations and the institution of the public power contributes for the consolidation of indian protogonism in the field of education and others interests of the community. The methodology used for the accomplishment of this work prioritized the directed comment entreviews and others techiniques used in studies of etnografy natures as the horizontal walked ones, history of life an Action – research. Although it deals with case study, the research intends to contribute with the dicussion and administrativily vailable considered initiatives of management abd that can be adopted in other similar realities. |
