This paper presents a roadmap for implementing a Community Bank in Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil. The aim is to create a practical guide based on successful case studies of Community Banks, such as Banco Palmas and Banco Pirê, the last one as a local example. The author conducted field research in the Bom Retiro neighborhood to assess the feasibility of implementing the bank in the region. Interviews with founders of Community Banks were also conducted, along with analyses of the activities and services offered by these institutions. The paper also includes a literature review on social management, solidarity and impact economy, and social entrepreneurship. The final considerations highlight the potential benefits of a community bank in Campo Grande and provide recommendations for future implementation, outlined through a systematic description of sequential activities.
