This dissertation investigated the place in the academy of someone who comes from the field of artistic making: being an artist, what is his place of speech. Thus, he sought to understand through the experience of the lived as it gives this writing, the writing of the artist-researcher. Of the researcher who is confused sensibly with the object of study itself. Leading to a particular vision about state of Pará culture through what represents the mining of Serra Pelada as a synthesis of the political-cultural problematic of this place of the country. This experience reverberated in the state of Minas Gerais, more particularly in what it offered as a reflection to the poetic wandering around the city of Belo Horizonte: destination Eldourado. Go to the pursuit of the gold spirit in lands so far away. Wandering through the senses in cultural transits, experimenting with languages that are crossed by different yet complementary epistemological approaches: art history, philosophy of art, historical, film, television sources, the artist's own speech, literary writings, treatises, extended in time, where everything is devouring. Exercise, excite a poetic-ethnographic look. Here is the proposition of the wanderer walk of this dissertation.
