Resumo: | We aim to map the mediator training practices in 6 museums of Belo Horizonte, and also to disseminate them in a catalog, having teachers and museum professionals as target readers. The present work is justified by the growing demand, from museum professionals, for practices that could strengthen the debates about mediators education and professionalization at networks and/or associations of museum researchers / educators. From the documentary analysis, participant observation and conversations with professionals of museum education were identified the actions of initial and continuous training of the mediation teams promoted by the museological institutions. Practices that could inspire the creation of training and mediation actions were selected, described and shared in the catalog "Collection of training practices for museum mediators." |
