Resumo: | With the growing concern about environmental degradation, planning power generation systems that aims to minimize only the generation cost is not an appropriate approach to this task. In this sense, the problem of Environmental Economic Dispatch studied in this work aims to minimize two conflicting objectives: generation cost and emission of pollutants in thermoelectric generation systems. In the context of this problem, few researches in the literature incorporate inherent uncertainties. In this way, this work studies the problem considering uncertainties in the estimation of its objectives by the use of fuzzy parameters. Robust optimization is proposed, in which optimal solutions are investigated for the worst case minimization. A variation of the MOEA/D algorithm is employed in the proposed modeling. In addition, given a set of promising solutions obtained for this problem, a multicriteria analysis of these solutions is also proposed, whereby decision support methods are used, in order to define a final action in a more adequate way. This methodology is applied to two thermoelectric generation systems, resulting in contributions to the literature in the study of problems with uncertainties and in the process of decision making aid. |
