Resumo: | The Family Agriculture and agribusiness craft are a tradition of rural families of the state of Minas Gerais and activity, with commercial objectives, staggers the contours of the environment and domestic consumption itself to become an alternative to generate income and are still in the process of consolidation while subject of development. Itsstrength and recovery depends on a number of factors economic, social, political and cultural that need to be implemented in a manner and multidisciplinary articulated by a variety of actors and instruments. The feasibility of the integration of products from this sector of the economy in channels of trade, in order to promote sustainability, it preceded the conduct of proceedings of adequacy of basic products craft to therequirements, quality attributes and criteria for acceptance by certain applicable laws to the means of sale and distribution, while maintaining its original characteristics. In terms configurativos the product, or all that much of these requirements are obtained with a good Design of packaging. The main objective of this work is to study the integrated actions and methodologies applied in the planning and development of appropriate packaging to food, basic craft, from family farming, making them competitive and ensuring sustainability. For this, a survey was executed bibliographic evolution of the factors of the concept of packaging, the traditional methods of product development, the concepts of sustainable development, agriculture and family interventions to develop products targeted to this sector, from which it was analyzed the importance of packaging in the food chain and Marketing system of these products. The validation of the theoretical concepts of thiswork was executed search through the implementation of a case study from which were characterized the diagnosis, planning of the shares, methodologies applied to the project, steps of conduct and results achieved, leading considerations from the analysis of the conduct of the project and the inter contribution of this work, while proposing amodel of intervention. |
