Resumo: | The Brazilian energy scenario goes through an unprecedented structural change in the history of the country. By the year 2012, the only major event that marked the memory of Brazilian was referring to the 2001 energy rationing. The publication of Normative Resolution 482/2012 by the National Electric Energy Agency, created a new benchmark in the sector. Consumers acquired the right to become small producers of their own energy. This paper proposes the creation of a methodology for generating systems projects from solar photovoltaic source. Initially, it explores the historical context in which the source is inserted and the main events that took place in the electricity sector, beyond the context of the photovoltaic industry and the evolution of the distributed generation market. It then presents the methodology developed for use in photovoltaic microgeneration projects from conception to installation step. The methodology uses technical, commercial and regulatory criteria for evaluation. Finally, its presented a residential plant case study to validate the proposed methodology. Its shown data for first year of operation and the price variations impact in the commercial viability of the enterprise. |
