Resumo: The systems and coatings have adopted several innovations to improve the performance of its components in various application situations. However the studies are listed to seek new technologies that will increasingly meet the huge demand that the coating systems need for the type of application environment, materials and types of sealants. In this study three samples with replacement of dolomite by glass microspheres in proportions of 5.10 and 15%. These samples were developed in order to verify the properties of the grout made with clustersof glass beads used for road marking. By comparing the results with thestandards required by the standard, we observed that the mortar with theintroduction of glass beads in a grout influence the increased resistance to compression and tension and the ability to retain water in the sample. The most prominent factor was the reduction in water absorption by capillarity in the samples with partial substitution of dolomite for glass beads.
