Resumo: | The demographic and epidemiological transition is a challenge for the Health field. To meet the new population profile, care strategies are needed and, among them, Home Care (AD) stands out. In AD, the caregiver and / or family are the actors responsible for providing care to the user, shared with the work of home care team professionals. The caregivers of the Ministry of Health's Best at Home program are mostly from the informal system and need to develop skills to perform care for the user. Given this reality the team needs to be one of the pillars of caregiver construction. In this field, pedagogical practices can act as a device of incentive and facilitation to subjectivation or, as they can configure sources of know-how that interfere with a productive constitution of the caregiver. Thus, the study aims to analyze the subjectification processes of the caregiver inserted in a home health care program, focusing on the pedagogical practices produced by the AD teams. It is a qualitative research. The scenario was the Home Care Service (SAD) of Belo Horizonte, especially the long-term care team of Odilon Behrens Hospital and included caregivers / family members and professionals. Data were obtained from the observation of the team work, the daily life of caregivers and users and interviews with the participants. The material was analyzed from the perspective of discourse analysis, with reference to the author Michel Foucault. The results indicate the predominance of informal caregivers, female and with parental bond. The caregivers are in the age group of 20 to 59 years, perform daily care and care, hygiene and administrative. The constitution of the caregiver is associated with the psycho-affective, cognitive and moral dimensions. The intensity of care provided by the caregiver is related to the clinical condition, instability or aggravation of the user. It was evaluated that the caregiver's work process is exhausting and causes the abdication of self and quality of life. The support network contributes to the reduction of overload. The caregiver's attributes were identified as acting in a wise and tolerant manner, listening to capture the user's feelings, speaking to expose what he / she captured for the team, and guiding eyes to follow the user's time. In the field of pedagogical practices established in the relationship between team and caregiver, prescriptive Pedagogy, Negotiation Pedagogy, Adaptation Pedagogy, Invisibility Pedagogy, Adaptation Pedagogy and Problematization Pedagogy were identified. Conclusion: From the results it can be concluded that the constitution of the caregiver occurs through the passage of events, concerns and vibrations. The team's work produces experiences and has the power to enable the caregiver to see, think, feel and transform into a process of subjectivation. |
