Resumo: | This dissertation is the result of evaluations held in the negotiation process of the Educational Trade Union movement through the Educational Single Trade Union of Minas Gerais - Sind- UTE / MG, along with Minas Gerais State Government, during the year 2018, whose context takes in consideration a state that does not have money to honor the its commitments, alleging a fall in tax revenue due to the slowdown of the economy. Therefore, we approached the precariousness of work, especially on public and teaching sector, with the studies of Oliveira (2010), Hypólito (2012), Costa (2001), Santos (2001), Ferreira (2001) and others, in addition to the contextualization of the new working class and current syndicalism. Forthwith, the senses and the strategies of collective bargaining in the public sector were selected as relevant references for the analysis and discussion on the performance of Sind-UTE / MG in defense of the Rights of the category. Finally, the research was conducted through cartography, documentary analyzes, observations and interviews based on experiences with the valuable judgments of the individuals involved in the negotiation process. Based on these investigations, a product was created, which is about creating a portal for political-pedagogical training, for the purpose of elaborating and socializing matters pertaining to the world of work and especially to the world of teaching. In addition, it was noted the need for new political strategies, teacher’s collective formation for union militancy, as a condition to overcome fragmentation. |
