Resumo: | In this work we are interested in stablishing a condition to growth graphene by CVD (chemical vapor deposition) on copper sheets, using a high concentration of methane at atmospheric pressure. To achieve this study on the growth that extends from the heat treatment of the substrate to obtaining a graphene lm large area and good quality. Such lmswere characterized by Raman spectroscopy and UV-VIS, and optical microscopy. Analysis of Raman spectra reveal that the grown lm consists of monolayer graphene, with few centers of nucleation of carbon, and also has a low defect density. In addition, measurements of transmittance of the lm were performed showing that graphene is a promising material for applications in electrodes conductive and transparent. |
