Resumo: | An experiment was driven with the format of factorial with four levels of crude protein (30, 35, 40 and 45% of CP) and two levels of digestible energy (3200 and 3600 kcal/kg DE), in way to establish the best levels of CP and DE for juvenile of Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). Each treatment possessed three repetitions with 200 fingerlings each, allocated in hapas of 0,7 m3 (1 x 1 x 0,7m) distributed homogeneously in a pond of 1000 m2. The fingerlings began with 8,56 ± 0,05g and they were appraised weekly until the 28 day of experiment. Weight gain (WG), daily weight gain (DWG), daily ration consumption (DRC) and feed conversion (FC) were not influenced by CP and DE of the diet. Already in the body composition, the body crude protein (BCP), the tax of daily deposition (g/day) of crude protein (TDDCP), body ash (BA) and body dry matter (BDM) were influenced (P <0,05) in inverse way with the increase of DE of the diet. The body ethereal extract (BEE) and the tax of daily deposition (g/day) of ethereal extract (TDDEE) they presented quadratic effect of the levels of CP of the diet that regressed to the levels of 39,17 and 38,55% respectively. |
