Resumo: The State, as Rule of Law (Rechtsstaat) is under intensive attack over the past two decades of 21th century. Our society is becoming, not only, more despolitizated but it is easily verify an increscent rage against political institutions and ideologies, aligned to a strong aversion to the own debate of ideas possibility of collective construction of reality. Globalization and economics play a significant role in oder to understand the democratic depolitization process nowadays. The total opening should be considered resposable by the imposition of individual doctrine, patronized along with the super capitalization of society, not mattering the analyzed aspect, metamorphosing political citizen into individual and effectively imposing an economic anarchy within more intimate State’s core. Nevertheless, hatch aside the coach, meritocracy, do it yourself culture. These are symptoms of a disseminated doctrine, which do not support the State as responsible for tutelary of its political citizens, founding source of protection and rights creator. The attempt to destroy the National State, eroded from within, by the despolitization of its citizens, little by little start to support the idea of downsizing institutions, properly selling and destroying its pacts, ideas and basic ethical goals. In this sense, we become political extreme as society and search for parallel ways of doing politics, none than the traditional path to politics. The output is a society that do not collaborate and work along with its parliament, not even by trying to reform it and do not see it as a debate environment. Pop up Trumps and Bolsonaro, as direct result of this feeling of need to be protected, a new representation for the nation, and effective capability of security its citizens from extern threating. Make a knowledge of this political context is important in order to understand what comes next as society’s outputs, once politics are defining aspects of the State life. A State that attempt to surpass the politics like that (by using economics, for example) is fated to be a State threated of being (re)colonized in its more sacred intimate values.
