Resumo: | The main purpose of the present work is to explain how the memories of the professor of the Post-graduation Program of the Faculty of Education, at the Federal University o Minas Gerais, express, salient the conceptions and practices of scientific knowledg production in face of the historical context of the public policies of Brazil, in the perio from 1972 through 2007. The theoretical referential of this work is based on Habermas to understand knowledg production of the university professors, through collective discussion, reflectiveness an critics, regarded essential in the centrality of the intellectual work. The methodological choices of the present study included quantitative and qualitativ procedures that sought to qualify the relationships between the professors memorie and knowledge production. For such, the methodological design draw as follows development of the documental analyses, followed by interviews focusing on th professors memories bibliographical. The documental analyses have allowed for the organization of the knowledg production of the Post Graduation Program of Education/UFMG, in three moments: a) National Production we have observed that knowledge production at that moment i aimed at the creation of public policies and at the Brazilian macro-educational structure In that sense, the researches include analyzes of the educational problems, directe essentially on the quantitative theoretical studies, in order to determine the formation o the high education professors and the frames of the Brazilian education administration. b) Self-Referent Production the intellectual work is designed from the Brazilian realit in relation to the new social practices present at the civil society, searching fo analyzing and reconstructing its interactions with the economical and politica processes, what demands the methodological and epistemological reconstruction of th theoretical production of that Program, in face to the social battles and in th democratization of the country. c) Evaluative Production production which i outstanding for the educational diversity with the challenges that redirect knowledg and actions of the evaluative public policies especially in relation to the CAPE indicators. The interviews focused on the professors memories have guided the categories o knowledge production, thus being: interest, the very communicative act, the publi policies, and the orientation of scientific works, of production and the hermeneutica dimension, and the specificity of the work with the tutors research. The researchs quantitative dimension has reveled that the data from the bibliographi production of the professors consolidating the ever increasing academic production o towards the policies of scientific sponsoring and development. The carried out research led to the conclusion that this Program participates and ha participated in the construction of the Education Science, to make possible th democratization and expansion of the process of inclusion and citizenship. Finally, this thesis have concluded that memory is as construction known in the face o the complexity of the science in education. |
