Resumo: | The architect must know the structural and constructive systems of a building, as well as its peculiarities that make an optimized design, feasible and economically viable to the entrepreneur. To be executed in masonry, it should contain constructive details that the system requires. Concepts such as vertical and horizontal modulation, structural behavior, and the interface between the architectural design and the complementary projects must be observed. Since the process in structural masonry has been widely used in buildings in Brazil and abroad by presenting a streamlined solution, economical and quick implementation, it is important to prepare professionals who will design these projects. The present study presents a systematization of knowledge and an thermal analysis of the envelopes built in masonry, in order to prepare and inform the architect and other interested professionals who design mansory buildings. The study also aims to produce a material disclosure on the subject. Thus, it is expected to obtain high quality detailment projects, and that will result in a built environment with a desired performance throughout its useful life. |
