Resumo: Managerial methods and management tools (MaT) are artifacts that assist decision makers, especially in the fields of innovation and technology-based entrepreneurship, characterized by uncertainties and risks, playing an important role in organizations by supporting activities such as goal achievement, process integration, performance indicator improvement, among others. However, innovation and entrepreneurship methods and tools constitute a vast field today, and the subject is treated in a scattered manner in the literature with different approaches that vary according to the areas of publication. Additionally, the increasingly growing number of new methods and tools made available by universities, organizations, and researchers bring a challenge for organizations to select and undertake fruitful efforts to adopt these methods and tools. It is argued that, in this context, the productization of managerial methods and tools (MaT) emerges as a promising path to assist in the interaction between method and tool developers (universities, consulting companies, etc.) and managers/practitioners of organizations. Based on studies in the service productization literature and following the methodological guidelines of Design Science Research, this study develops and discusses a proposal for a process for the productization of innovation and entrepreneurship MaT based on the real demand of a research network focused on the development and application of MaT in innovation-promoting environments. The process is developed in a network environment with the technological park of Belo Horizonte, BH-Tec, as a living laboratory for the implementation, validation, and improvement of the process. The results arising from the practical interaction with theoretical research in the fields of service productization and method and tool productization are expressed through a process of method and tool productization in the studied organizational context, which includes the development of artifacts to meet the productization characteristics found in the literature and interaction with method and tool experts and representatives of companies connected to BH-Tec. Although the results and the proposed process have their own contours of the technological park context, the proposed process for method and tool productization can serve as a reference for other organizations with different contexts, considering their peculiarities, limitations, and challenges.
