Resumo: | This study seeks to understand how document management aligned with quality management can be understood as generating results aimed at greater productivity control, the implementation of processes that can provide satisfactory results and the improvement of the quality of services provided to customers and organizations. Seeking excellence through the incorporation of various management systems, it is possible to provide a more strategic and competitive behavior and posture in its segment. The period selected for the development of research, analysis and obtaining bibliographic results comprised the last ten years (2013 to 2022). The methodology of this study is configured as exploratory research of a descriptive nature, which aims to present a study on the use of ISOs of document management as a possible alternative to obtain management and governance in strategic archival services within a private organization, developing characteristics, properties, and relationships with the applications of the research reality. In addition, a questionnaire was applied to quality professionals and archivists of private organizations in Belo Horizonte, which can indicate results that, when transformed into numbers, allow a more tangible analysis and closer to reality. The objective of the research was to verify if those responsible for quality management in private companies understood that the application of ISO Standards related to document management could serve as a basis for archival management capable of collaborating in the development of procedures that generate results that aim at good solutions. and provide a good governance scenario for organizations. |
