Resumo: | This study searches for elements aiming to go deep into investigations about the working process in an automotive industry based on an ergonomic approach. Its purpose focalizes on the confrontation between the established organization of work in a revision line of painting of a large manufacturer company- characterized by the sharing of tasksand work spots- and the contingencies of production, that require from real work in its collective dimension. The classical models of work organization, supporting on the fordist principles, are questioned,facing the flexibility context of production and the strong quality requirements of products and productivity of the process. The Ergonomic Analysis of work is established on the demanding related to difficulties to achieve the goals of quality settled for the production lines of Painting revision, expressed in the high levels of impurities found in wagons painting. The focus of analysis centralizes on the painting reviewers, searching to understand the operatory strategies developed in view of theprocess variability. The results expose the competences of these workers when, collectively, reshape the settled work, seeking for comply with the production objectives through a sharing management of impacts of process variability, even considering the found difficulties in this scenery.The comprehension of these collective articulations provided adjustment of the work, besides of generating important information for conceptions of new painting plants. |
