Resumo: | This study is the outcome of research that delimited and analyzed the meanings of relationships established between education, leisure and work inside schools of professional (vocational) and technological education (EPT schools) in Brazil based on the activities and cultural manifestations related to the leisure and incorporated into educational processes and the daily lives of these schools. It takes as its object of study the relationship between education, leisure and work identified in these activities and manifestations and the considered synthesis question was: these activities and manifestations, once incorporatedinto the educational process in schools, when it comes to an education and an integrated teaching indeed, in what aspects of the specific technical training would not be disconnected from human formation in itself, permeate and integrate the processes of formation of the student/worker of the EPT schools, although these practices are not recognized and/or considered in these processes as pedagogical practices? In order to answer this question and others, this research was conducted taking into account other four specific objectives: to identify the activities and cultural manifestations related to leisure present in educational processes experienced within EPT schools; to characterize the perspectives of education and of work considering the meanings conferred to them and, therefore, to leisure within those schools; to verify how the process of inserting and constitution of these activities andmanifestations in their links with the school knowledge take place; and to make clear the meanings conferred to these activities and manifestations in the formation/education of the students face to the specificities of the educational processes in those schools. The materialistic dialectic is the fundamental methodological principle of this research, a qualitative study, and the reality of the EPT schools was the main source of research, in their constructions, contradictions and synthesis within EPT schools beyond the academic production related to the problematic, in relation to the field of research in work and education and in relation to leisure studies in Brazil. The methodological procedures, the operational ones, took into account two movements of research interconnected, integrated by spiral correlations: the bibliographic and documentary research, and the field research itself. The second movement was conducted within the Technical College (COLTEC), located on the campus of the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), and in the campi I and II of the Federal Center of Technological Education of Minas Gerais (CEFET-MG). The study conclusions, with title of final considerations, indicate that the activities and manifestations related to leisure, once incorporated into the educational processes of the investigated schools, presents, not only as an alternative to dealing with the knowledge from the didactic and pedagogical point of view, but also as possibilities to potentiate those processes. One can also say that it suggests and / or indicate that is gestating something that breaks with that imprisons leisure in the licere, in what you need to allow, enable, it would be licit to experience. Thus, the elements of playfulness, creativity, pleasure, of critics and autonomouselaboration and re-elaboration of the reality, characteristics of the human being ontologicalcreative, are hampered because they are subject to control, determinate by the school or any other institution. Thus, given the conditions from which its appears the leisure that we have the capitalist social formation in which we live, the indicatives point toward that theindividuals think, project, create, and enlarge the boundaries of their time and their spaces of leisure, giving new meaning to them into something that does not seems to fit most only under this denomination. It is also suggested the expansion of the problematic of the research in its different not investigated elements and in the possibilities of the route on other ways, other research paths, in the search for more promising horizons for the given direction to the leisure studies in Brazil. |
