The objective of this investigation was to verify the possible relationship between the activity of residence garbage collection in Belo Horizonte and the development and/or worthiness of the alcoholism condition among the garbage collectors. We tried to learn more about that after all, the mediators with explain how occurs the pass between the alcohol use with make them able of living some determinate conditions at work or life, and until those become Clinical pictures. The study was divided in two parts: field, observation in an ergonomic way; thru deep interviewsusing information in order to realize individual studies of cases. We concluded that the activity of residence garbage collection, in Belo Horizonte, because the way it works and its organizational form and condition, makes itself an important factor of alcoholism developing in this category.
