Resumo: | The intial crisis of the science of Information, if it was not solved, it quite lessened by the computer. The arrival of the electronic socity modified the limits of time and space of the information. The importance of the instrumental of the technology is of being supplying the infrastructure for modificstions, witout return, of relstiondhips of the information with ist users. One of main objectives of the elaboration of this dissertation went to attempt from inserting the School of the Science of the Information of UFMG (Ecola da Ciência da Informação da UFMG) in the main circuting energy. Of the 114 people found in the year of 1999 (30 teachers and 58 students of PPGCI). Questionnaire was applied requesting information on personal data use of the Internet for academic research and the use other serach methods. The personal data were used as main associations with the other subjects. Significant tendencies were looked for, for the test of chi-squre, related to the age group, to the sex, to the research area and the academic formation of the researched in relation to the earth" and "engineering" of they have less difficulties with the Internet access software. The other tested associations didn't have statistical meaning. |
