Liveabilty is a concept related to urban studies that aims to enhance the spatial, social, and economic conditions of citizens. Habitability can be described as a comprehensive term that encompasses spatial and socioeconomic factors for a place to be understood from various aspects, both related to the built environment and social and cultural characteristics. In this way, the aim is to incorporate the principles related to these concepts in the identification, analysis, and generation of parameters in the development of a computational tool that addresses inquiries focused on the formation of more equitable and planned neighborhoods and cities under these principles. The methodology follows the principles of research involving qualitative data and the generation of analyses with quantitative aspects of space, relating to desirable indices for habitability. The main contributions and results of this research highlight the importance of habitability guidelines and the use of technologies that correlate data with theoretical propositions for urban planning guidelines.
