Resumo: | This dissertation had as its main objective to assess the training impact in the trainees Competence from May (2003) to April (2004), in the insight Training program in a eletroeletronic company located in the Manaus Industrial District. It scope also was to identify trainees competence and research the relationship between organizational support and trainings transfer. A quantitative research was done, based in a questionnaire based on statistic treatment to collect the data and using the Quiquadre test to relate relevant variables and significant differences about participants biography data with the three course maincharacteristics as classified by the trainees. As a theoretical frame, its worth to stress both the changes forces and organizational transformations pointed by Wood Jr (2002), Morgan (1996), Ulrich (1998) and Vergara (2000).The pointed changes, lead the organizations toreview their organizational structure and management model. In this new context, the training will have a new vision according to the new organization strategies, suggesting new programs able to cope with the quick changes in the technology, economy and in the society as stated byDe Cenzo and Robbins (2001), Spector (2002), Muchinscky (2004), Baldwin and Ford (1998), these two, proposes a training model that deal as a whole with the program characteristics, the training project , the environment and the learning in itself. The trainees profiles are also leadinto account. Based in this model the outcome was measure devices to assess this studys interest. Simultaneously the research questions were assessed which stated to the positive training outcome in the competencies development. Training (independent variable) andcompetence (dependent variable). Based on the classification done by trainees, this study has identified personal growth , correct attitude toward difficulties and interpersonal flexibility, which are required competencies by the company. Attitude and Flexibility were demonstratedthrough the quantitative data qualitative interviews with some of the trainees and direct observation in the work environment and pointed to the evidence that interpersonal relationships between employees, from a professional and social view point are becoming stronger, including its family and its community. |
