O ensino do voleibol no CEEP PIO XII: além do esporte, um olhar sobre os sujeitos

Resumo: This research was carried out with the intention of narrating the practice of volleyball at CEEP PIO XII, in Jaguaquara-Bahia, focusing on the participating subjects. The intervention was qualitative, descriptive, exploratory, through narrative research, which aimed to investigate and narrate the experience of the pedagogical practice of volleyball and the effects of its practice on the lives of students and graduates. The methodology was based on the application of a questionnaire, with closed, open and semi-open questions, the analysis of which will be the proposal of Bardin (2004), which aims to narrate the work possibilities of volleyball practice at CEEP PIO XII. The sample was made up of students and graduates specifically from this school community. By carrying out the study, we were able to learn relevant data about the participation of volunteers, thus identifying positive and negative points. The results indicate that, for the most part, participants are important in classes, emphasizing the social and emotional aspects as being the most relevant. Furthermore, the interviewees pointed out that the negative points mainly referred to the conditions of the spaces and the lack of resources to carry out classes/training. This study is expected to be offered to the community, as a final product, a portfolio that will show the trajectory of volleyball practice at CEEP PIO XII, and the implications for school and personal life narrated by its participants, as well as the possibility of contributing to the investigation and reflection on teaching practice, enabling improvements and encouraging further studies.
