This study is a theoretical reflection on the communication ofinformation process in the dayly routine of organizations. An analysis ofthe organization psychodynamics and its influence on this process iscarried out. The role of cognitive products built in social interactions,which take place in organizations and end up by determiningorganizational cultures and sub-cultures, is approached. Finally referenceis made to the influence of these organizational cultures and sub-culturesin the signification of information process with the mediation of symbols.
