Resumo: The present work stems from the reality that is facing the historical and cultural heritage of Cabinda, where the precariousness from the point of view of their appreciation, conservation, protection and disclosure, makes them deplorable. Thus, initially found that the lack of knowledge of young students on this reality, motivated by the lack of disclosure by the media, the school, civil society and his own family, were the main reasons for the lack of interaction between the layers more new and older, which proved the contrary in this research. With this point made, we ask the following question: What historical significance is attributed to the historical and cultural heritage of Cabinda? This question led us to seek to understand the perceptions and the importance that young and older attribute to the Local Concentration of Slaves Chinfuca and how they relate to it, considered as a singular expression of the heritage of Cabinda. This work has as main objective: To describe and analyze how the young and old deal with the Local Concentration of Slaves Chinfuca as a unique expression of the historical and cultural heritage of Cabinda while the specific objectives are central in record and analyze the practices developed by our elders and young people in relation to the Local Concentration of Slaves Chinfuca; identify the historical significance attributed by different actors, the Local Concentration of Slaves Chinfuca; identify if and how can we know aspects of the history of the enclave of Cabinda by young and older via this heritage equity. Thus, the survey revealed that there is acertain knowledge of young people on Local Concentration of Slaves Chinfuca, and that was during a visit to the local students, a very strong interaction between young and old, although there is a need for continuing to work for the expansion of knowledge geared to the heritage of Cabinda.
