This dissertation has as objective the analysis of the transformation of the media of voice - the cell phone, in a new device of production and audiovisual propagation. The research circumscribed the phenomenon of order technique and the evidences of its impact in the contemporary sociability, manifested in the autonomy that the carriers of cell phones have to produce images, sounds and messages and to make its circulation. The survey of the vídeos made by and for cell phones, that circulates in the Internet, allowed to establish the characteristics of this production that has in the miniaturization, portability and mobility the principles of its audiovisual statute. The analysis of the corpus considered the scopes of the production (digital use of the camera and formats) and exhibition (propagation and enjoyment in the proper screen) to distinguish the components from the audiovisual language, crossed for the body of the producing and experimenting subject of these images and sounds. The research demonstrates that what in the traditional medias would be considered as limit (size, quality, volume, etc) becomes a stimulation for a unthinkable number of new creators, who makes of the audiovisual a common language whose meaning is to be shared.
