Resumo: | The objective of this research is the learning / training processes of the Integrated School Program (PEI) workshop and physical education teachers to teach sports in school. The initial questions (about the differences and approaches of the sport produced in the PEI workshops and in the physical education classes) prompted a study with the following question: how does the training process of the subjects that work in these contexts occur: and EF teachers? The objective of the research was to broaden the understanding of this dynamics and to establish a training process between EF teachers and office workers, focusing on the different trajectories of formation. The research covered methodological paths with three distinct moments. Initially, in order to better understand how the Integrated School Program is configured, I conducted an exploratory study at the school where I work with the objective of broadening the understanding about the Program and about the possibilities of making research feasible. Then I started the field research in an integrated school: with observation of physical education classes and also of sports workshops. In a third moment, as part of the research and production of technical product development, I conducted interviews with teachers and workshops on their training processes for teaching sports. The final product elaborated (a video / documentary as narratives of the formation, that is, with narratives of their experiences with the sport) was presented and discussed with physical education teachers and workshops, constituting a space of formation from the dialogue among these subjects. |
