Resumo: This paper is about the mediatic-religious narratives from the Igreja Universal do Reino de Deus at the Programação IURD in Minas Gerais, which corresponds to a set of television programs broadcasted daily by Record Minas during late nights. As a framework, we picked a number of programs from July 2012, when the church completed 35 years of existence. In the developing of the analysis, we propose a theoretical triangulation that features the dispositive, narrative and experience concepts, attempting to realize how they affect each other and how they are constituted in their interconnections. Having in mind this conceptual display, our goal is to look at the Programação IURD seeking to identify, in the worlds that their narratives bring to light, possible points of strength or tension, aspects that gain visibility, silences that emerge, as well as the public imagined to be reached. Thus, we also intend to study how the Universal narrates itself and, through this narrative mediation, how the Universal relates itself with viewers and with other sectors of society.
