Image Entanglement – Territories and Singularities in Cinema and Education explores the intersections between cinema and education through the lenses of critical pedagogies and experimentation with audiovisual language. The book investigates the limits and potentials of this connection, linking specific issues of each learning group to the field of experimental cinema. By utilizing mechanisms that engage sensitivities and subjective experiences in relation to the contemporary world, the films discussed offer a close connection to the dynamics that shape a constantly transforming territory through images and sounds. The study presents a pragmatic analysis aimed at capturing nuances of educational processes in various contexts, promoting a deep reflection on the production of knowledge and audiovisual creation.
