Resumo: | The non-linear behavior of the moment-rotation relationship of the beam-to-column connections in cold-formed profiles is not yet defined in a satisfactory way, because the study of the semi-rigid behavior of these connections is still in an incipient stage of knowledge. In this work are presented the results of the experimental research accomplished tostudy the behavior and the resistance of semi-rigid connections, projected for a structure in cold-formed steel profiles of seven-story buildings using, as fastener, the tubular rivet with internal thread.Besides, these results are used for the adjustment of an analytic model of potency of three parameters, proposed by KISHI and CHEN (1990), for screwed connections with end plate. As a result of this work, it was verified that the studied connections obey the adopted analytical model, just needing adjustments due to their own characteristics. |
