Resumo: The objective of this study was to verify associations between arterial hypertension and the work environment, working day and night work in SAUVI-Betim survey workers. This is a cross-sectional study that analyzed data from the SAUVI survey conducted in the years 2014- 2015. Initially, general information about the bank was analyzed, comparing groups of workers and non-workers. Next, an analysis was performed, comprising only the group of workers, totaling 643 people. For the statistical analysis, the SPSS, R and chi-square tests were used in the contingency tables and the Correspondence Analysis between specific variables of the 'Work' block and the 'Health' block. Statistical significance (p<0.05) was shown for age, schooling, marital status and labor market relation. Correspondence Analysis between Night Work plus Arterial Hypertension and Working Day was performed. The distribution of arterial hypertension was observed in SAUVI workers. It was not possible to attribute an association between arterial hypertension and work environment condition
