Resumo: This thesis is one of the studies that investigate how organizations experience and respond to multiplicity of logic, particularly among those who research the management practices of hybrid or plural organizations. The scope in which this theme is approached refers to the material and symbolic manifestations of multiple institutional logics, simultaneously influencing and lastingly the educational practice of a financial organization. These multiple logics are understood as parts of a set: logical constellation. The identification of the manifestation of these constellations is made from the grammar of Economies of worth. The research consists of analyzing the operational dynamics of the logical constellations incident in the educational practice of Banco do Brasil S.A. over 54 years. To reach the proposed objectives, a qualitative, descriptive and explanatory research was done using the case study method. Data were collected from secondary sources and from 33 semi-structured interviews with several organizational actors. The results demonstrated that logical multiplicity can exert a lasting and simultaneous influence on the organizational practice of a single social actor. This influence occurred under the grammatical combinations of worth that occurred in the logical interfaces of a constellation. The results validated the use of the concept of logical constellations to study the simultaneous influence of multiple logics, focusing on an organizational practice, as well as the appropriateness of the Economies of worth grammar to highlight the material and symbolic manifestations of multiple logics in a plural organization. This study contributes to institutional theory (i) presents a new model to study the institutional logical manifestations in organizational practices using the Economies of worth grammar (Boltansky and Thévenot, 2006) - GLPE -, (ii) elucidates the logical interactions that occurred in interfaces of the components of a constellation.
