Resumo: | Computer technology is more and more present in the reality of some schools.However, some questions emerge as to the utilization of the computer and its softwares on the daily practice of the school, of the teachers, the students, and the contents to be included. Within these contents, may be distinguished those referred to musical education. This work presents a view of the development of the new computer technology possibilities and the implications of its use in the society and instruction context. It runs through the main theories e conceptions the educational softwares programs are based on and discusses the question ofevaluating the educational softwares. Considerations about the relationship between teachers speech and practice have been made. We argue that the utilization of computer resources relies upon the development of new abilities, since the simple presence of computer facilities in the school does not assure a change on the way of learning and teaching. The research intends to know how musical education is articulated in this new environment of instructional practice mediated by the computer technologies and the importance of these resources on a constructivist and interdisciplinary approach to teaching and learning. On this purpose, questionnaires and interviews with teachers and students were used, besides participative observation of the teaching and learning process at a primary school in Belo Horizonte (MG) the school Madre Luisa Locatelli. It was observed that the possibility of the realization of the task of edition and creation of scores by means of the software Encore version 4.5 proved to be efficient as an unchaining element of the teaching and learning process. Thus, it is confirmed the need of promoting the digital inclusion in education. Only in this way, it will be possible, in a near future, a musical education performance mediated by the new computer technologies in a solid way. |
