Resumo: | The use of waste from construction and demolition RCD, from the ceramics industry and tires in the form of small and great aggregates for various products or artifacts of cement has been, today, increasingly present in the building industry, for dealing with a sustainable alternative (of the economic point of view, social and environmental), correct and interesting for the three corners of society: population, public power and private enterprise. This study was performed to produce interlocking concrete blocks pavements (paver-pavement) using 100% recycled aggregates arising from the concrete enterprises in the metropolitan region of Belo Horizonte - RMBH (waste volume of 10%) and replacement of 10 %, 20% and 30% of the volume of cement CPV-ARI by residue from polishing of porcelain stoneware tile - RPP. Tests conducted to evaluate the compression resistance showed satisfactory results, indicating thatthe use of recycled aggregates act efficiently, and the replacement of 20% of the volume of cement by RPP showed the best performance. |
