Resumo: | This study evaluated the influence of aspects of architectural and structural degins, as well as the choice of material for the closure of the panels, in the costs of building using the system Light Steel Framing (LSF). This study sought to establish principles and design concepts in addition to the specification of materials in determining the composition of the cost of construction using LSF, aiming at the feasibility of its use in the construction of houses for low income people (HLIP). The research methodology included the evaluation of designs developed and built with the participation of the author over the past three years, analyzing the alternatives in design, materials and structural concepts that led to the construction of a prototype. This assessment enabled the analysis of the economic feasibility of building system when applied to the HLIP, notably in the program "My House, My Life (PMHML), income range 0-3 Minimum Wage (MW). |
