Resumo: | The National Pact for the Strengthening of Secondary Education (Pacto Nacional pelo Fortalecimento do Ensino Médio, PNEM) presents itself as a pioneer program in the restructuring of Secondary Education and teachers continuing education, encompassing a school intervention proposal, properly founded and organized to meet the teachers and students needs of this public school education level, prioritizing human and integral education. The analysis of PNEMs impact as a continuing teacher training program evoked some questions that gave rise to this research such as: Are PNEMs reflections still present in the attendees memory? Were there any changes in their way of thinking/behaving regarding their teaching practices? Are the discussions about PNEM during the training still present in this school of continuing education? These are some of the questions that have guided this research. In order to answer them, the chosen methodology was the qualitative nature Case Study. The data collection was initially performed by a biographical survey as well as PNEM document survey within the archives of the researched school. Subsequently a questionnaire was applied as an exploratory survey to specify the participants. Some semi structured interviews were also conducted, as well as some Memory Workshops, aiming to rebuild training memories from PNEM. As a survey result, it was possible to identify that PNEM consisted of a training environment still in the participants memories as well as present in their daily teaching practices. Such rescue of PNEM training memories has become a diagnostic to subsidize the necessary changes to build training models as well as professional qualification, meeting the needs of the current school. The final technical product is a small guide called Ateliê de Memórias do PNEM (PNEMs Memory Workshop), comprising all the research participants voices. |
